Key Responsibilities
- Analyze website performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversion) and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates and lead quality.
- Collaborate with the marketing, design, and product teams to enhance UX, landing page design, and user flows.
- Leverage tools like Google Analytics 4, Hotjar, Google Optimize/VWO, and Tag Manager to gather insights and track performance.
- Work closely with the SEO and paid media teams to align CRO strategies with acquisition goals.
- Implement AI-driven personalization and behavioral targeting to deliver customized user experiences.
- Present data-backed recommendations to improve website performance and ROI.
- Stay up to date with the latest CRO, UX, and digital marketing trends for 2025 and beyond.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in CRO, UX optimization, or digital performance marketing.
- Proven success improving website conversions or revenue through testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong understanding of user psychology, funnel optimization, and website analytics.
- Familiarity with GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, Optimizely, Hotjar, VWO, HubSpot, or similar tools.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS and website CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Magento, Shopify) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical, creative, and communication skills.
- A growth mindset with curiosity to experiment, learn, and iterate fast.
