Role Description
This isn’t a typical “job.” It’s an entrepreneurial role where you:
- Own the entire revenue engine — from go-to-market strategy to closing deals.
- Build relationships at the CFO/COO/Operations leader level in mid-market organizations.
- Develop partnerships across insurance, healthcare, and BPO ecosystems.
- Represent VISOR at industry events like ITC Vegas, The Business Show Miami, and more.
- Collaborate directly with the founding team to shape strategy and scale growth.
Qualifications
- 10+ years in enterprise or mid-market sales leadership. Mid-Market Experience Required.
- Proven ability to close $2M–$5M+ in annual contracts (consulting, SaaS, BPO, or automation).
- Strong network in insurance, healthcare, or outsourcing ecosystems.
- Mid-market focus — comfortable with accounts in the $50M–$1B revenue range (not exclusively Fortune 500).
- Entrepreneurial and self-driven — thrives in a commission-only, high-reward role.
