1. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Reports to: Founder/CEO
Role Purpose: Ensure financial stability, investor confidence, and compliance for scaling Mentor Colleges.
Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Develop financial strategy, budgets, and forecasts.
- Manage cash flow, fundraising, and investor reporting.
- Ensure compliance with tax, GST, AICTE/UGC norms.
- Oversee audits and financial risk management.
KPIs:
- Positive cash flow, ≤5% budget variance.
- Timely and accurate investor reports.
- 100% compliance on audits.
Skills: Financial modeling, fundraising, compliance, leadership.
Qualifications: CA/MBA (Finance).
Experience: 10–15 years in finance leadership (preferably EdTech/education).
