Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) located in Pembroke, MA. The CFO will be responsible for managing the company's financial actions, including financial planning, overseeing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. Day-to-day tasks will include performing financial analysis, creating financial reports, and developing strategies to enhance profitability and growth. The CFO will collaborate with other executives and departments to align financial goals with overall business objectives.
Qualifications
- Skills in Financial Planning and Finance
- Experience in generating and analyzing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
- Strong Analytical Skills
- Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
- Experience in manufacturing or construction industries is a plus
