Sales Strategy & Operations Lead (9-Month Contract)
Hybrid – London | £80,000 per annum pro rata
We are seeking a highly strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented professional to join the EMEA Sales Operations team on a 9-month contract. This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a global organisation known for its innovation in digital platforms and technologies, helping people and businesses connect, grow, and succeed.
You will work closely with senior sales leadership across EMEA, supporting country directors and sales teams with insights, operational rigour, and strategic planning. The role combines hands-on analysis with high-level advisory responsibilities, making it ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of data, strategy, and stakeholder engagement.
What will my day to day look like?
- Lead data-driven business reviews, analysing revenue trends, product adoption, sales effectiveness, and growth opportunities using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Drive operational cadence across the business (goal-setting, revenue reviews, key account reviews), ensuring process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on annual planning, go-to-market design, resource allocation, and strategic initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to country directors and sales leaders, providing actionable insights and supporting decision-making.
- Deliver regular leadership reports at both regional and organisational levels, consolidating complex market information into clear business narratives.
What We’re Looking For?
- 4–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy/operations or a similar role within the tech or digital advertising sector
- Strong SQL and Excel skills, with proven ability to extract, manipulate, and interpret large datasets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate analysis into commercial acumen and business recommendations.
- Experience influencing and collaborating with stakeholders at senior levels.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and prioritise effectively.
