Role Description
This is a full-time role located in London for a Sales Operations Manager. The Sales Operations Manager will oversee order entry and processing using CRM or ERP systems, managing end-to-end order placement and fulfillment process. This includes managing inventory and coordination, shipping, and ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers. The role requires strong leadership, analytical skills, and the ability to streamline workflows for efficiency and customer satisfaction, handle inquiries and resolve issues related to order status or deliveries.
