About the Role
We’re hiring a Business Operations Associate to help us scale smarter, faster, and more efficiently. You’ll work directly with the Chief of Staff to improve systems, lead internal projects, and support cross-functional operations across our Construction, Certification, and Support teams.
This is a unique opportunity to learn startup operations from the ground up – and help build the backbone of a fast-growing company.
What You'll Do
- Analyze and improve processes across multiple departments
- Support internal operations: CRM hygiene, project tracking, documentation, reporting
- Run point on key projects, like vendor onboarding, tooling audits, or SOP rollouts
- Assist in building dashboards, performance tracking, and ops reviews
- Work with the Chief of Staff to scale systems, tools, and templates that improve team efficiency
- Surface data insights to inform team decisions
- Be a utility player – ready to jump in wherever the business needs support, no task is too big or small
Who Your Are
- 0-3 years experience in consulting, operations, startups, or bizops-adjacent roles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail – you love turning chaos into clarity
- Confident with spreadsheets, docs, and digital tools (Notion, Airtable, Zapier, etc.)
- Analytical and curious – you ask “why” before jumping to “how”
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities (we’re a startup, after all)
- Bonus: Experience with AI tools, dashboards, or light SQL a big plus
