Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) based in Bengaluru. The CFO will oversee the company’s financial planning, manage financial risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting. Key responsibilities include analyzing financial data, preparing financial statements, leading budgeting and forecasting processes, and providing strategic financial direction to the leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s financial health and long-term profitability.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Financial Reporting practices
- Proficiency in Finance and Analytical Skills to assess company performance and trends
- Leadership experience in managing financial teams and collaborating with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s or CPA/CFA certification is a plus)
- Proven experience in strategic financial management within multi-industry sectors
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
