An Airtel International Roaming Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager drives execution of GTM actions for international roaming pack, focusing on customer acquisition & revenue growth. This role involves cross-functional collaboration with product, marketing, and sales teams to develop and launch GTM strategies, analyzing performance metrics to optimize results, managing stakeholder relationships, and ensuring operational efficiency to deliver a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities:-
We are looking for a highly motivated professional to create GTM strategies for international roaming category. This is marketing ops role with end-to-end thinking of how to utilise existing channels & extract its full potential with a mandate to improve adoption of IR packs, increase circle participation in driving growth & improve the overall customer experience.
- Design and implement innovative Go-To-Market strategies for international roaming products.
- Own new product launches, ensuring end-to-end GTM design and execution with the right cohorts, messaging, and channels
- New channel integration: Widen IR distribution and adoption across customer touchpoints including call centers (121, outbound), Mitra/offline retail, ATB, and airport channels
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to align strategies and ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
- Product lifecycle management: Own the complete communication charter across touchpoints along with brand to ensure all communications reaching to the customer are in line with business objectives & brand guidelines.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Circle engagement: Develop and direct strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the circle teams to drive adoption within their respective circles
- Drive visibility and accountability of circle-level KPIs
- Identify performance outliers and design corrective pilots with strong governance
- Execute prepaid pilots with robust tracking
- Drive COCP adoption in postpaid
- Operational Execution: Ensure the efficient and effective execution of all GTM strategies and initiatives.
