JOB PURPOSE
· Responsible to lead a series of product & develop an integrated marketing plan and deliver the same in required timelines in sync with Product and Marketing Objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understanding of TG and Developing New Product Launch Strategy for the concerned Category
- Work on Market Analysis, competition mapping, consumer insights, Product Positioning &customer segmentation to develop Product Value Proposition and output Key Messaging
- Create innovative strategies & input creative thoughts for campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and product adoption
- Develop Integrated Marketing Communication plan with timelines and key responsibilities with 360 degree focus on ATL, BTL, Digital & Retail
- Partner with cross functional teams like Product, Research, Brand, Media, digital, sales, retail Ecommerce to deliver New Product Launch & GTM strategy,
- Plan budget for campaigns and optimum utilisation on channels with ROI in perspective.
- Ensure quality and timely execution of the entire campaign
- Evaluate the campaign and imbibe learnings for future Campaigns
Experience: 5 to 10 years of experience in handling premium product categories.
