About Role
The Go To Market Director will lead go-to-market strategies for Ripik.ai's SaaS AI platform, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion in manufacturing sectors. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to launch products like Ripik Optimus and Ripik Vision, targeting B2B clients globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute GTM strategies for new features and expansions, including market segmentation, pricing, and positioning for industrial AI solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams to align on launches, enable sales reps, and create customer-facing materials.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine targeting for sectors like steel, cement, and pharmaceuticals.
- Track KPIs such as pipeline growth, conversion rates, and ROI; optimize campaigns and report to leadership.
- Manage budgets, mitigate risks, and scale partnerships for hardware-agnostic deployments.
Key Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in GTM, product marketing, or sales enablement, ideally in AI, SaaS, or manufacturing tech.
- Proven track record launching B2B products with data-driven strategies and cross-functional leadership.
- Strong analytical skills; experience with tools like CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), analytics platforms, and market research.
- Excellent communication for stakeholder alignment and customer presentations.
- MBA in business, marketing, or engineering; MBA preferred. Knowledge of industrial AI or computer vision a plus.
- Experience in heavy industries (steel, chemicals) or B2B SaaS scaling.
- Proficiency in project management and tools for campaign execution.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
