Role Overview
We are hiring an AI GTM Engineer to redesign how outbound and account-based marketing works at SquadStack.ai.
Your job is to build systems that generate high-quality enterprise leads at scale, using automation, AI agents, and intelligent GTM workflows.
You will own the design, build, and continuous optimization of our ABM engine across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calling, CRM, and AI tooling.
What you'll be doing
- GTM Engine Ownership: Build and own SquadStack.ai’s AI-driven outbound and ABM system end-to-end.
- Account Intelligence: Define account tiering, persona mapping, and prioritization for named enterprise accounts.
- Signal-Based Decisioning: Design trigger-driven rules for when, why, and how outreach happens.
- Automation Engineering: Build and maintain GTM workflows using Make, n8n, APIs, and webhooks.
- AI Agents: Create agents for account research, context summarization, and personalization.
- Multi-Channel Orchestration: Coordinate LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, and calling through system logic.
- Next-Best Action: Guide ABM reps on timing, channel, and messaging through system recommendations.
- CRM & Data Flow: Ensure clean integration, logging, and attribution across tools.
- Experimentation Loop: Run continuous tests on prompts, sequences, and channel mix.
What you will not be doing
- Manually sending outreach messages all day.
- Managing people or targets.
- Acting as a traditional SDR or marketer.
What We Want
Must Have:
- 2-5 years experience in GTM automation, growth engineering, or revenue ops.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools (Make, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
- Strong understanding of B2B outbound and enterprise sales motions.
- Comfortable working with APIs, webhooks, and data flows.
- Experience using LLMs for real workflows (not just demos).
- Clear systems thinking and problem-solving ability.
Good to Have:
- Experience with ABM at named-account scale.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn automation constraints.
- Exposure to HubSpot or similar CRMs.
- Prior work in B2B SaaS or enterprise tech.
