About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Business Operations Analyst who can build and manage MIS reports, dashboards, and data insights that drive decision-making across teams. This role requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to translate raw data into actionable recommendations.
What You’ll Do
- Create, manage, and automate MIS reports and dashboards for leadership and business teams.
- Analyse business data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- Provide data-backed insights that influence operational and strategic decisions.
- Track business KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics regularly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, sales, ops) to share insights and align
strategies.
- Suggest process improvements based on data findings.
- Support in building SOPs and reporting frameworks for scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS reporting, business analysis, or operations analytics.
- Strong hands-on skills in Excel/Google Sheets; exposure to Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Ability to interpret data and present it in simple, actionable ways.
- Good understanding of business KPIs and operational metrics.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
- Experience in a tech-first/product environment is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
