- Orders, dispatch, couriers & RTOs
- Customer support, returns & experience
- Campaign-ready stock & marketing sync
- Margins, CAC & daily unit economics
- SOPs, dashboards & scale systems
Who You Are
- D2C / e-commerce / fashion ops experience
- Obsessed with speed, detail & accountability
- Strong with Excel, Shopify/WooCommerce & CRMs
- Builder mindset, not a desk mindset
