We’re looking for a Business Operations Lead to own the backbone of our delivery engine. You’ll work across operations, product, and customer success. This is a rare chance to operate at the heart of a startup—solving real problems and making an immediate impact.

🎯 You will...

Own internal delivery workflows

Build systems and processes to improve team efficiency and quality
Work closely with our offshore team to ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery
Drive improvements through data, metrics, and structured problem-solving

Support customer onboarding and delivery

Serve as a key point of contact during onboarding and implementation
Coordinate across internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
Identify and resolve operational blockers quickly

Drive cross-functional projects

Partner with founders on high-priority initiatives
Identify bottlenecks, propose solutions, and lead implementation
Help us build the internal playbooks and infrastructure for scale

Be a utility player

📱 Ideal candidate has:

2–4+ years experience in consulting, banking, early-stage startups, or bizops/chief of staff roles
Bonus: healthcare operations or exposure to complex service workflows
Strong comfort with data, tools, dashboards, spreadsheets
Excellent communication and organizational skills
