The Mission:
Own and scale our revenue engine—inbound + outbound. You’ll formalize and run repeatable processes across RFPs, quick-turn sales, nurture/drip, social, Google Ads, and marketing automations. This is a high-ownership, high-initiative role for a detail-obsessed critical thinker who can systematize BD + marketing for scale in the security services industry.
What You'll Do:

Own inbound: Be the backup/supervisor for phones & web leads; set KPIs; build cadences; tighten speed-to-lead; route via CRM.

Build outbound: ICP + lists, multi-step sequences (email/phone/LI), event follow-up, cadence optimization, KPI dashboards.

RFP/Proposal engine: Create templates, timelines, checklists; coordinate with Ops on post orders, pricing, margins; submit on deadline.

RevOps/Marketing Ops: Further our automations (PandaDoc/Pipedrive/Zapier), reporting, attribution (GA4), playbooks.

Campaigns: Manage Google Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, retargeting, landing pages, A/B tests; collaborate on case studies.

Pipeline hygiene: Enforce CRM data standards, stage definitions, forecasting, and win-loss notes.

Market intel: Monitor competitors, rates, vertical trends (healthcare, property mgmt, logistics, industrial) to refine offers.
You Bring:

Mindset: Systems-builder, organized, excellent writer, crisp communicator. Experience helpful but NOT required—show aptitude, output, and grit.

Skills: CRM (Pipedrive/Salesforce/Etc.), Excel/Sheets, Google Ads, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, marketing automation (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zapier, Etc.), basics of GA4 tracking, strong proposal/RFP writing.

Nice to have: Security/staffing, B2B services, RevOps, SQL/Looker/Power BI basics, copy/design sense (Canva/Adobe), Degree in business administration/marketing/communication
