About the Role:
We’re seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator with strong organizational skills and a passion for enabling sales success. You’ll support the sales team by managing processes, ensuring data accuracy, and coordinating across departments to drive operational efficiency. This role reports to the Sales Operations Manager (or Director of Sales & Procurement, depending on org structure) and plays a key part in keeping sales processes running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Support & Coordination
- Assist in onboarding new sales partners and ensuring required documentation is complete.
- Coordinate and maintain sales partner communications, acting as a central point of contact.
- Support training initiatives for new and existing sales partners.
- Track sales performance data, pipeline progress, and ensure updates are accurately reflected in CRM tools.
- Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards for leadership.
- Work with cross-functional teams (operations, finance, project management) to ensure a smooth flow of information.
- Operational Insights & Efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, SLAs, and partner agreements.
- Monitor compliance with internal processes, escalating issues where needed.
- Support implementation of improvements to sales systems, workflows, and reporting tools.
- Assist in compiling forecasts and monitoring sales KPIs.
- Help resolve sales-related bottlenecks by coordinating with the appropriate internal teams.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in sales operations, sales coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to track data, identify inconsistencies, and recommend solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience in solar, energy, or a related industry.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and cross-department workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
