Job Title: Chief Sales Officer (CSO)
Location: Adyar, Chennai
Salary: ₹15–20 LPA

Role:
Lead our sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and build a high-performing sales team. Report directly to the CEO and play a key role in shaping business expansion.
What You’ll Do:
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Build, mentor, and lead the sales team.
- Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
- Collaborate with marketing & operations to align sales initiatives.
- Track sales performance and optimize processes.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in sales leadership roles (CSO/VP of Sales/Head of Sales) in digital marketing or related fields.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales analytics.
- MBA or relevant qualification is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹190,000.00 per month
