Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time Chief Sales Officer role located in Hyderabad. The Chief Sales Officer will oversee sales operations, develop and execute strategic sales plans, and lead the sales team to achieve organizational goals. Key responsibilities include managing overall sales performance, providing training and mentorship to the sales team, and ensuring effective collaboration across departments to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Sales, Sales Operations, and Sales Management
- Proven ability in Training and Team Management
- Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Demonstrated experience with achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Prior experience in the energy or fuel industry is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
