Your Responsibilities:
● Take end-to-end responsibility for CRM implementation, administration and management
● Keep on experimenting and evaluating AI-applications across all the GTM functions
● Optimize the entire revenue lifecycle by building scalable processes for lead management, sales enablement and operational use cases
● Own sales and marketing reporting and operational processes (booking reporting and forecasting, campaign tracking, lead management, etc.)
● Maintain the single source of truth for revenue data
● Design, build and maintain advanced dashboards and reporting frameworks, delivering actionable insights to guide GTM decision-making
● Support executive teams in spearheading GTM alignment
Your Background:
● Bachelor’s in engineering or business-related field. MBA is nice-to-have
● You have excelled in your RevOps role at a growth company (2-3 years of experience)
● Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a high-velocity, demanding environment
● Expertise in the latest CRMs and GTM technologies, including AI-powered solutions with an ability to evaluate and implement tools
● Based in Gurgaon (India)
