We’re seeking a strategic leader to guide the business development and go-to-market efforts of an innovative microreactor company. This role plays a central part in shaping commercial strategy, forging critical partnerships, and driving revenue growth. Core Responsibilities
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for advanced nuclear technologies
- Structure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and long-term energy contracts
- Establish partnerships with utilities, government agencies, and enterprise customers
- Lead high-value energy sales engagements across diverse sectors
- Represent the company in strategic industry and policy forums
- Define pricing models, market positioning, and partner frameworks
Ideal Qualifications
- Successful track record in energy-sector sales, especially within nuclear, renewables, or infrastructure
- Strong technical foundation, with the ability to connect engineering and business strategy
- Deep understanding of PPAs, energy markets, and contract negotiation
- Strategic thinker with IPO-related experience and executive leadership capabilities
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, mission-driven startup environment
