Company Description
Company.ai is building a network of category defining AI products in stealth mode.
Examples of what we are creating and actively expanding:
- Email.com
- How.com
- Face.com
- Notebook.com
- Queen.com
We believe the next decade belongs to vertical AI products that people actually use every day. Each product is standalone, and together they compound through shared identity, shared context, shared distribution, and shared learning loops.
The Role
We are hiring a CRO to build revenue from zero and turn our product and domain advantage into a repeatable go to market engine.
You will design the strategy, build the pipeline, close the first wave of customers, and then scale the system across multiple products.
This is not a role for maintaining a machine. This is a role for building the machine.
- Revenue strategy across the suite, starting with the best wedge product
- Pipeline creation, sales execution, and expansion
- Positioning, packaging, and pricing that make buying feel obvious
- GTM systems: playbooks, stages, metrics, and forecasting you can trust
- The early team: first AEs, SDRs, solutions, growth, and revenue ops as needed
- Partnerships that accelerate distribution in SF and beyond
- Define ICPs and segments: startups, mid market, and enterprise where the ROI is immediate
- Build messaging that sells outcomes, not features, and works without hype
- Run discovery and map pain to product workflows with measurable success criteria
- Create pilot playbooks: 14 to 30 day pilots that convert into paid and expand
- Close deals end to end: outbound, inbound, procurement, security reviews, legal, close
- Build expansion paths: land with one workflow, expand across teams, then cross sell across products
- Build revenue operations: CRM hygiene, pipeline stages, conversion math, forecasting, and weekly cadence
- Feed product truth back into the roadmap: objections, missing features, onboarding gaps, pricing friction
What We Are Looking For
- You have built revenue from early stage, ideally from zero to repeatable motion
- You can sell to startups and enterprise
- You are strong at discovery, ROI modeling, and turning product into a clear business case
- You can write and communicate crisply: outbound, follow ups, one pagers, decks, and exec summaries
- You are metrics disciplined: stage definitions, conversion rates, cycle time, and forecasting
- You are allergic to fluff. You do not overpromise. You build long term trust
- You have a real SF network and you can open doors fast across founders, operators, and enterprise decision makers
- You thrive in high ownership environments and you move fast without creating chaos
What Success Looks Like
- Clear wedge and ICP for the first product that drives fast adoption
- First meaningful logos closed, with at least one enterprise grade pilot that has a defined expansion plan
- A repeatable motion: outbound that works, pilots that convert, and a clean forecast with real math
- A simple narrative that makes buyers feel this is inevitable for them
Qualifications
- Proven track record closing B2B deals in SaaS, productivity, dev tools, or AI products
- Experience building GTM systems: ICP, messaging, outbound, pilots, pricing, and expansion playbooks
- Comfort navigating enterprise realities: stakeholders, security, procurement, legal, and renewal cycles
- Strong understanding of product led growth signals and how to combine PLG with sales led expansion
- Experience with GTM tooling: CRM, sequencing, pipeline reporting, and revenue dashboards
- Strong operational instincts: hiring, enablement, and building a team that performs
Nice to have:
- Experience taking a product from first revenue to eight figures
- Experience selling workflow products that touch email, knowledge, identity, or developer teams
- Partnerships and community driven distribution experience in San Francisco
- Experience building revenue across multiple products or platform plus apps
Compensation & Benefits

- Top tier tooling and support to move fast
How We Work
- Hybrid, fast feedback loops, high trust
