Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Specialist located in Milpitas, CA. The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing sales operations, analyzing sales data, coordinating with the sales team, and providing exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include supporting sales processes, facilitating communication between departments, and ensuring smooth sales operations to achieve company objectives.

- Proficiency in CRM software and sales data analysis tools
- Support sales efforts for all sales personnel to enhance productivity through standard operating procedures.
- Generate price quotations for the sales team and ensure all information is accurate. Process Purchase Orders and facilitate communication between customers/vendors and ScaleFlux operations. Keep customers informed on ship dates, EOL, product supply/demand, RFQs, contracts, etc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
