Duties and Responsibilities:
Role Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Revenue Officer to join our leadership team. This role is crucial in driving our revenue growth strategies and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing background, with significant experience at the board level and a proven track record in revenue generation and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement comprehensive revenue strategies to achieve both new revenue generation and the realization of existing revenue.
- Oversee the successful execution of all revenue-related projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with overall business objectives.
- Drive revenue realization by optimizing processes and workflows, ensuring that all projects contribute effectively to revenue goals.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to direct reports, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and high performance across the team.
- Serve as a key liaison between the management team and the Board of Directors, providing insights and updates on revenue operations and strategic initiatives.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, project delivery, and operational efficiency.
- Work closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and execution of revenue initiatives.
- Mentoring Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, and Project Management teams.
- Identify and recruit top talent for the team, including preparing to search for candidates for lower-level positions as necessary to ensure strong operational support.
- Provide strategic advice and recommendations to the Chief Executive Officer regarding revenue growth opportunities, market trends, and operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 25-30 years of professional experience, with at least 15 years in marketing or revenue-related roles and strategic planning
- Proven experience in a director-level position, with a strong background in revenue operations.
- Prior experience serving on a Board of Directors is a significant plus.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies.
- Has APAC Marketing Experience.
- Exceptional leadership and mentorship abilities, with a focus on developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic planning and execution.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote and multicultural environment.
- Fluency in English
