Role Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will own and drive global revenue growth across India, US, Europe, and Middle East with a strong focus on EPM and analytics solutions, digital transformation, more so from SAP, Tagetik and One Stream perspective.
This role requires a seasoned leader with deep experience in sales of consulting services, global enterprise accounts, partner-led GTM motions, joint GTM with product companies, capable of building scalable revenue engines across mature (US & Europe) and high-growth (Middle East) markets.
Key Responsibilities
Global Revenue Strategy
- Define and execute a unified global revenue strategy for India, US, Europe, and Middle East markets.
- Own global revenue targets, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and growth planning.
- Identify region-specific growth levers while maintaining consistent global positioning.
Regional Sales Leadership
- Lead regional sales leaders and enterprise account teams across all three geographies.
- Build and scale local sales teams, partner channels, and reseller models.
- Drive large, multi-country SAP transformation deals and global rollouts.
SAP Ecosystem & Strategic Alliances
- Strengthen executive-level relationships with SAP (Global & Regional), Tagetik, OneStream and others.
- Drive co-selling, joint pipeline development, and SAP Partner Edge initiatives.
- Represent the company at SAP Sapphire, TechEd, regional SAP forums, and CXO events.
Enterprise & Strategic Accounts
- Act as executive sponsor for global SAP accounts.
- Lead deal strategy for complex SAP programs including S/4HANA migrations, RISE with SAP, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Analytics, and AMS.
- Support pricing, contracting, and risk management for large enterprise engagements.
Go-To-Market & Offerings
- Define region-specific GTM strategies aligned with industry verticals (Manufacturing, Retail, Energy, BFSI, Public Sector, etc.).
- Partner with marketing to develop global value propositions, case studies, and SAP-centric messaging.
- Drive revenue through IPs, accelerators, managed services, and subscription-based offerings.
Customer Success & Retention
- Ensure strong customer satisfaction, renewals, and account expansion.
- Collaborate with delivery leadership to ensure SAP program success and reference ability.
- Build long-term strategic relationships with CXOs.
Leadership & Governance
- Partner closely with CEO, COO, Delivery Heads, and Finance for revenue alignment.
- Establish governance, KPIs, and sales discipline across regions.
- Build a high-performance, culturally diverse global sales organization.
Required Experience & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 10+ years in enterprise technology sales, with strong SAP consulting background.
- Proven success selling SAP services in India, US, Europe, SEA and Middle East markets (minimum 3 geographies).
- Experience managing global revenue targets and geographically distributed teams.
- Deep understanding of SAP portfolio: S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, Cloud, BTP, SuccessFactors, Ariba, AMS.
- Track record of closing mid-large ($300K–$1M+) EPM and Analytics deals.
- Strong CXO-level engagement and negotiation skills.
Preferred
- Experience working with SAP Global & Regional Partner Edge teams.
- Exposure to public sector and regulated industries in Middle East and Europe.
- MBA or equivalent leadership qualification.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-growth SAP consulting firms.
