Growing industrial manufacturer is looking for a CFO
The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy of our organization, ensuring robust financial management, and driving sustainable growth. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of financial concepts, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will have experience strong experience in cost accounting and working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of corporate accounting, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and adherence to GAAP standards
- Lead risk management initiatives by conducting thorough risk analysis and implementing effective controls.
- Manage treasury functions, including cash management and investment strategies.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends that impact financial performance and inform strategic planning.
- Supervise the preparation of financial reports, ensuring accuracy in financial report writing and interpretation.
- Direct expense management and cost control initiatives to optimize profitability.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development opportunities and negotiations.
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of financial management principles, including budgeting, forecasting, and fiscal management.
- Demonstrated expertise in SOX compliance, regulatory reporting, risk management, and treasury management.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools for financial modeling and analysis.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively.
- Excellent leadership abilities with a track record of managing teams effectively. This
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $175,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
