Job Summary
Sourcing Industry Group (SIG), the leading global association for sourcing professionals, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. This entry-level, remote role offers the opportunity to work independently while contributing to a variety of cross-functional projects spanning operations, marketing, events, and sales support. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership and multiple departments, ensuring effective communication, organization, and consistent delivery of high-quality work.
This position reports directly to the COO and will serve as a shared resource across the organization. The ideal candidate is professional, friendly, and eager to learn — someone who thrives on variety, very methodical, and is excited to grow within a dynamic team environment.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Operations Support: Help execute marketing initiatives by assisting with email list creation, campaign setup, redirect links, social media scheduling, and other administrative marketing tasks.
- Delegate Acquisition: Contact potential event delegates via phone and email, building relationships and encouraging attendance.
- Event Registration Audits: Review and verify registration data for accuracy and completeness to support sales approvals.
- CRM Data Maintenance: Assist with ongoing data cleanup and updates in Salesforce.
- Cross-Functional Project Support: Contribute to short-term projects across departments, including marketing and general operations.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ensure clear and timely communication with leadership and team members.

- Prior experience with event coordination, marketing, or project-based roles.
- Familiarity with SmartSheet or other project management tools.

Base Pay: $45,000.00 per year
