We are currently looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as Sales & Operations Admin Support.
In this role, you will be a key player in supporting our sales, marketing, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse operations teams and contributing to the seamless operation of our business. The ideal candidate will be a collaborative team member with a passion for providing customers with an outstanding shopping experience.
Daily Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Provide vital support to the sales team by assisting with order processing, handling returns/exchanges, and providing order status updates.
- Support the marketing team by uploading new products and updating content on our website.
- Support the purchasing team by ensuring admin processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
- Work with the Operations & Inventory Manager to ensure that customer service issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner.
- Manage order operations, including invoicing and product transfers.
- Complete administrative tasks such as creating signage/tickets, data entry, and other organizational duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment by collaborating with team members, setting goals, and offering operational support.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Professional, positive, and confident attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Friendly and calm demeanor, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and clearly
- Proficiency in POS systems, Microsoft Office, and other data management software
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Passion for design and home décor
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task efficiently
