We are seeking a motivated Sales Operations Specialist to support a fast-growing sales team. This role focuses on streamlining sales processes, managing sales data and tools, and providing insights to drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate is analytical, customer-focused, and experienced in cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team with forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
- Build pricing proposals and onboard new products for key accounts
- Ensure customer requirements for packaging, branding, and orders are met
- Provide data analysis, modeling, and business insights to sales leaders
- Coordinate sales initiatives and marketing promotions with internal and external teams
- Document and refine processes to improve efficiency
- Track and manage key projects and business initiatives
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve customer issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years experience in sales operations, business analysis, or related role preferred
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and modern sales tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
- Project management experience an asset
