This Sales Operations Specialist Position Features:
$60k per year
Discretionary bonus – Up to $5,000
Company paid benefits, 3 weeks vacation, discretionary bonus, RRSP
Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM – 1 hour lunch – must be okay to stay behind if work needs it
100% on site - Looking for candidates from Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge area - MUST LIVE IN THESE AREAS TO BE CONSIDERED
This role is supporting mostly US operations and will be reporting to the Director of Business Development in North Carolina.
Responsibilities
Work with sales leaders to plan budgets, set prices, and manage projects.
Add new products for customers and make sure packaging/branding meets requirements.
Handle reports, data analysis, and business insights for sales.
Coordinate with customers, outside sellers, and other teams.
Share promotions, ensure orders are correct, and solve customer problems.
Improve processes to make work more efficient.
Requirements
Looking for someone who has about 2 years of experience as a Sales Operations Specialist/Coordinator
Looking for tenured experience
Self starter, go getter
Intermediate to advanced Excel is mandatory
Flawless communication and strong presentation skills
