A growing and well-established organization in Kitchener is hiring a Sales Operations Specialist to support sales teams, improve processes, manage reporting and pricing, and work cross-functionally with customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in sales operations, sales coordination, sales support, pricing, forecasting, reporting, analytics, or account support who want a stable, high-impact, full-time position.
What You’ll Do
- Support sales leadership with annual sales budgets and forecasting
- Prepare pricing proposals for key accounts and RFPs
- Onboard new products and items for customers
- Ensure customer requirements are met for packaging, branding, and item setup
- Create scheduled and ad-hoc reports, analysis, and sales insights
- Coordinate sales initiatives with outside sales reps and customers
- Document and improve processes to streamline sales and business operations
- Plan, track, and manage business initiatives and projects
- Support marketing by communicating promotions and special offers
- Ensure order accuracy and successful customer implementations
- Work cross-functionally to solve customer issues and improve workflows

What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or equivalent experience
