Aido Climate Solutions Inc. — Guelph’s trusted locally owned Lennox dealer and a leader in HVAC and Water Purification — is growing fast. We’re looking for a confident, organized Sales & Operations Coordinator to join our team and help support both our internal operations and our new Costco partnership.
This role combines inside sales, customer communication, Costco lead coordination, and office administration. You’ll be the bridge between customers, the sales team, the office, and the field — ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Schedule
- Full-time, in-office position (Guelph, ON)
- Typical Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Flexibility required during peak HVAC seasons.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Inside Sales
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online leads professionally and efficiently.
- Convert inquiries into booked appointments using proven scripts and CRM tools.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on open quotes, maintenance reminders, and marketing promotions.
- Manage leads from multiple channels including Google, Facebook, and Costco.
- Send estimates, track follow-ups, and help drive conversion of opportunities into sales.
Costco Program Coordination
- Act as the main office liaison for the Costco partnership.
- Schedule, support, and communicate with Costco Lead Generators to ensure coverage and productivity.
- Track all Costco leads and activity in CRM.
- Monitor lead performance and generate weekly reporting for management.
- Assist with onboarding and supporting lead generators — ensuring they follow company processes and expectations.
- Coordinate Costco booth materials, promotions, and campaign details with the marketing team.
Operations & Administrative Support
- Support the Office Manager with daily operations, scheduling, and administrative tasks.
- Process invoices, payments, rebates, and financing applications.
- Maintain organized and accurate records in CRM systems and shared drives.
- Help prepare reports and performance summaries for management review.
- Ensure communication between sales, service, and installation teams remains efficient and clear.
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience in office administration, inside sales, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking ability.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Housecall Pro, Service Titan, Salesforce, etc.).
- Comfortable with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
- Prior experience in HVAC, home improvement, or retail lead generation (Costco, Home Depot, etc.) is a strong asset.

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly rate: $21.00 – $28.00/hour (based on experience and skill set).
