Chief Revenue Officer
Position Overview
The Chief Revenue Officer will oversee all revenue-generating functions, including sales strategy, account management, and business development. This is a key executive role responsible for designing and executing a growth strategy that drives top-line expansion and improves overall sales effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is a proven sales leader with experience driving large-scale sales transformation within a complex organization generating $300MM+ in annual revenue. Industry experience in printing or publishing is not required — we are looking for a leader who brings fresh, cross-industry perspectives and has successfully led teams that sell through a field sales organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a sales organization of 60+ sales professionals, including VPs and regional leaders.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales transformation strategy to modernize processes, tools, and go-to-market approaches.
- Establish data-driven performance metrics, incentive structures, and accountability systems.
- Partner with marketing, operations, and finance to ensure seamless revenue alignment and forecasting accuracy.
- Drive innovation in client engagement, customer retention, and market expansion.
- Create a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and high performance.
- Represent the company externally at key industry events and strategic client meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven success leading sales teams of 50+ people within a company generating $300MM+ in annual revenue.
- Demonstrated experience in sales transformation, process improvement, and scaling teams.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing senior leaders and high-performing teams.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and analytical abilities.
- Experience from an industry that goes to market through salespeople (e.g., manufacturing, distribution, B2B services, etc.).
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with teams, clients, and stakeholders.
- Experience in printing and publishing is a plus.

Pay: $250,000.00 - $400,000.00 per year
