Overview
ISI Hospitality Services, an international janitorial and staffing company, is seeking to add a sales and operations professional to their dynamic Canadian Sales & Operations team. The position would entail both sales and operations partnering with all types of commercial janitorial accounts and hospitality staffing accounts. This person would office in Toronto, and would operationally oversee all of the current accounts we have in Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa & Vancouver. This person would also focus on selling & implementing our services not only in these markets, but expanding into most regions of Canada so candidate must be willing and able to travel for work.
Compensation includes base salary plus monthly commissions, car allowance. Sales experience preferred and janitorial and staffing experience a plus but not a must. Interested candidates should send along a cover letter and resume.
Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable terms and close deals effectively.
- Identify new business opportunities through market analysis and proactive outreach.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns that drive sales growth.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing accounts, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Provide technical sales support by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Conduct warm calling initiatives to engage potential clients and expand the customer base.
Experience
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or sales roles, preferably within janitorial, hospitality or related industries.
- Proven track record of successful B2B sales experience, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing client interactions and sales pipelines.
- Strong leadership abilities with excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions based on insights.
