Vitalant is seeking a Business Applications Specialist dedicated to making a positive difference. This position requires you to be a self-starter, able to work independently as well as within a team. Ideal candidates will serve as an internal consultant and will resolve functional problems, support the design, testing, and implementation phases of systems and upgrade projects, and will implement improvement to application usage or processes.
The team you will support is our Vitalant Customer Contact Center and you will directly work with our systems related to EDRM, Dialer Software, Clearview Virtual Server and our Chat Bot's and AI systems. You will work with internal teams including IT, Marketing and some Vendors.
Your impact as a Business Applications Specialist is vital. You will actively contribute to supporting Vitalant’s life-saving mission by maintaining departmental tools.
What to Expect
Schedule: Must be able to work Mon - Fri 8:30 – 5:00 AZ time, (hours may vary based on business needs).
As a Business Applications Specialist you will be able to:
- Maintain assigned software applications to meet evolving business and user needs.
Interface with other project staff to ensure project completion (e.g., shares knowledge, ensures effective communication
Perform all customer contact center systems performance reviews and assessment of impact to operations.
Comply with change control processes through project completion.
Develop test plans. Execute and review test plans for customer contact center systems & applications.
Coordinate and interface with vendors to ensure business needs are met.

Salary range shown corresponds to National Office.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
-
One year of specific business applications experience required including:
- Integrated system upgrades, requirements definition, unit/functional/system integration testing.
- Call Center Dialer, Chatbot, AI experience a plus.
