Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

The Member Correspondence team manages all member facing material, to include template updates and new implementation.
Work together with the team to gather the requirements and review and distribute work.
Compare output proofs (PDF/Word documents) to a source of truth document for the source system. Notate discrepancies identified to submit a ticket to IT for correction.
Attention to detail is priority for this role.
Work well independently with assigned work.
The performance expectation is a minimum of 5 reviews/ per day.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Key Skills: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Testing
Document review/validation
Healthcare, insurance, or managed care
Associate degree/ or equivalent experience
No experience with UAT (User acceptance testing)
No excel knowledge/proficiency
Healthcare background is a plus
