Pay Range: $23 - $24/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- The Member Correspondence team manages all member facing material, to include template updates and new implementation.
- Work together with the team to gather the requirements and review and distribute work.
- Compare output proofs (PDF/Word documents) to a source of truth document for the source system. Notate discrepancies identified to submit a ticket to IT for correction.
- Attention to detail is priority for this role.
- Work well independently with assigned work.
- The performance expectation is a minimum of 5 reviews/ per day.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- Key Skills: User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Testing
- Document review/validation
- Healthcare, insurance, or managed care
- Associate degree/ or equivalent experience
- No experience with UAT (User acceptance testing)
- No excel knowledge/proficiency
- Healthcare background is a plus
