Position Summary
The
Sales Operations Analyst will provide sales analytics supporting the Sales Operations Manager, shipping logistics, channel and corporate managers, and cross functionally. This role is crucial in building and optimizing our sales processes, improving data integrity, and providing actionable insights to drive revenue and outcomes. This role is critical to support the launch of new products and the implementation of the systems and processes that fuel a growing organization.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Compiles and Analyses data across a wide variety of platforms for reporting; lead the creation, deployment, and validation of data reports using Power BI or similar tools to provide visibility to sales performance.
- Experience building and optimizing sales and operations tech stacks including PowerBI, HubSpot (marketing), data warehouse tools, Focus CRM (or similar), Focus Analytics tool (or similar) in a rapidly growing environment
- Partner with cross functional analytics teams to deliver insights to stakeholders such as YoY product and sales territory performance, market penetration analysis and for building sales targets.
- Validate data warehouse against distributor tracing data to ensure alignment with primary data source to manage incentive performance data and reporting for validation using PowerBI. Partners with Channel, Corporate & Specialty, E-Comm managers to support programs and business analytics in order to measure program effectiveness and provide insights
- Work with CRM Partner to ensure CRM data accuracy and integrity. Update account records, rep assignments, create reports.
- Utilize ERP (Microsoft Dynamics D365), sales systems, processes, project management skills, and tools to provide support for the sales and marketing operations teams.
- Collaborate with the finance, sales and marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, including customer targeting and segmentation, ROI analysis, etc.
Required Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or related fields.
- 3+ years of manufacturing sales operations including analytics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Advanced CRM, Power BI, and ERP system (i.e., Microsoft Dynamics 365) experience required.
- Experience building dashboards and recurring reports with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a passion for "getting it right" with an entrepreneurial mindset and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and explain data clearly.
- Travel up to 20%.
Preferred Qualification
- Experience in the animal health industry preferred.

Short-term disability will provide 70% income replacement up to $1,350 per week and long-term disability will provide 60% income replacement up to $5,000 per month.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA)
Flexible Spending Plans offer employee-owners the option to set aside pre-tax monies into a medical reimbursement or dependent care account to help pay for out-of-pocket medical, dental or vision expenses or day care costs. The maximum contributions are determined by the IRS and adjusted annually. This is a use-it-or-lose-it account, meaning any funds remaining in the account following the close of the plan year will be forfeited.

Paid Holidays & Paid Time Off (PTO)

The amount of paid time off (PTO) depends upon the employee's position and years of service.
Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

All regular employees are eligible to participate in the ESOP the first of the month following 30 days of service. 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan

New employee owners are eligible to participate the first of the month following 30 days of employment. We provide a company match of 100% up to 3% deferral with a three-year vesting schedule.

William Everett & Mary Ellen Mealman Scholarship Fund

Tuition Reimbursement
