Interview Process
- Initial Interview: If we think there's a potential fit based on your application, we'll reach out to schedule a 30-minute Zoom call to get to know you better.
- Interview with Hiring Manager: If it seems like this could work, you'll have a more in-depth conversation with the hiring manager to discuss the role and your expertise.
- Live Technical Exercise: You'll participate in a live session where you'll demonstrate your skills in outbound campaign design and execution.
- Final Interview & Offer: If the trial goes well, we'll have a final conversation before potentially extending an offer.
About The Role
RevenueHoop is a fast-growing agency, and we're developing a lot of internal processes for the first time. This is a founding role - the first person to hold this position at RevenueHoop! This person needs to be comfortable with undeveloped processes, feel inspired to create order out of chaos, can execute without being asked, and doesn't wait for permission.

Your Responsibilities
- Identify internal process gaps or inefficiencies
- Develop SOPs for optimized delivery of client work
- Design RevOps processes, automations, and system architecture across tools like Hubspot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, etc.
- Translate client needs into technical strategies
- Oversee team of Go-To-Market Engineers (GTMEs) and manage workload
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to GTMEs
- Optimize CRM systems and automation workflows
- Ensure quality, timely delivery of client work
- Maintain client relationships as strategic advisor
- Document processes and create enablement materials
- Lead client engagements from onboarding to delivery
Who You Are
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Revenue Operations, Marketing Operations, GTM Operations, or related roles
- Proven track record managing teams or complex client engagements
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, n8n, and other go-to-market tools
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end RevOps frameworks
- Natural leader who inspires and mentors others
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments
- Strategic thinker who balances big-picture vision with attention to detail
- Highly organized across multiple projects
- Client-focused with excellent relationship management and communication skills
- Excellent communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
- Track record of driving measurable business impact through RevOps initiatives
