About the Role:
We are looking for a highly organized, strategic, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership team. This role will serve as a key force multiplier—driving business priorities, streamlining operations, ensuring alignment across teams, and helping the company scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of translating strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring that leadership time is spent effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Support:
- Work closely with the CEO to define company priorities and drive the strategic planning process.
- Act as a thought partner, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for key business decisions.
- Manage special projects and cross-functional initiatives from conception to completion.
Operational Excellence:
- Build and maintain efficient internal processes, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure smooth execution of leadership meetings—owning agendas, tracking action items, and ensuring follow-through.
- Coordinate and align efforts across teams to ensure company-wide focus on strategic objectives.
Communication & Alignment:
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, and other internal/external stakeholders.
- Draft key communications, reports, and presentations for internal and external purposes.
- Ensure timely and transparent flow of information across departments.
Leadership Enablement:
- Manage the CEO’s priorities, calendar, and strategic initiatives to maximize efficiency.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance initiatives for leadership roles.
- Identify and mitigate operational bottlenecks and risks across the organization.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy, operations, or a similar executive-level support role.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive complex projects to completion.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Highly organized, self-driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- MBA or equivalent degree preferred (not mandatory).
