Revenue & Business Operations Lead
- Contract: 12 months - potential to extend
- Location: King’s Cross, London (onsite, 5 days per week)
- Salary: £118,000 – £129,000 per annum
We’re partnering with a global technology leader that’s redefining how people connect through cutting-edge AR, VR, and AI technologies.
In this role you will be driving business planning and operational excellence for the B2B commercial channel. You’ll partner with global sales leaders to deliver strategic planning, forecasting, and sales enablement initiatives that support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational reviews and strategic planning processes.
- Drive the rhythm of the business including quarterly goal setting and performance tracking.
- Develop insights and recommendations from sales and market data.
- Partner cross-functionally across sales, finance, and product to align on priorities.
- Build and manage reporting frameworks and go-to-market strategies.
About You:
- 10+ years in business operations, strategic planning, or sales operations in the technology sector.
- Proven experience in B2B or enterprise environments.
- Strong analytical background with advanced Excel and data visualisation skills.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.
- Experience with Salesforce; Tableau experience a plus
