Job Overview
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a core member of the company's management team, responsible for overall financial strategic planning, capital operations, risk control, and investment and financing management.
As the "financial engine" of the company's strategy, the CFO will lead the company to achieve sustained growth and maximize value in the global financial market with a sound capital mindset and innovative financial vision.
The CFO not only controls finances but is also a key decision-maker in corporate strategy formulation, resource allocation, and risk defense, serving as a vital bridge connecting the board of directors, shareholders, and the business execution team.
Key Responsibilities
Formulate and implement the company's financial strategy, ensuring financial objectives align with the overall development strategy;
Oversee the group's financial management system, including budgeting, cost control, auditing, taxation, and compliance management;
Manage capital structure, driving financing, mergers and acquisitions, and capital market operations;
Supervise accounting and financial reporting processes to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and compliance of financial data;
Establish efficient cash management and risk control mechanisms to optimize corporate cash flow and financial efficiency;
Lead communication and relationship maintenance with banks, auditing firms, investors, and regulatory authorities;
Participate in strategic decision-making, providing financial modeling support and investment return analysis;
Build and lead a high-performing finance team to enhance organizational professional capabilities and execution.
Job Requirements
Master's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration;
Preference will be given to candidates with Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) qualifications;
Over 20 years of financial management experience, including at least 10 years as CFO or senior financial executive;
Familiar with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS/US GAAP) and corporate governance systems;
Experience in capital operations, financing and M&A, tax planning, and cross-border financial management;
Strong strategic thinking, with excellent analytical judgment and communication skills;
