Role Overview
We are seeking a Marketing Operations (MarkOps) Manager to lead and optimize our marketing automation and CRM infrastructure that supports global Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives across Sales, RevOps, and Partnerships.
You will work hands-on with HubSpot, Clay, and Attain to ensure data integrity, workflow efficiency, and real-time performance reporting across teams.
Key Responsibilities
First 90 Days
- Ensure CRM data accuracy above 98 percent and maintain 100 percent workflow uptime in HubSpot
- Implement automations via Clay and Attain for data enrichment and lead routing
- Define and align lead handoff SLAs and reporting cadence with Sales and RevOps
- Audit and optimize campaign tracking, attribution models, and dashboard metrics
First 180 Days
- Build centralized GTM performance dashboards for leadership
- Reduce lead-to-handoff latency by 30 percent through automation and process mprovements
- Maintain best-in-class data governance and reporting accuracy
- Support co-marketing and partner campaigns across global GTM teams
Success Metrics
- CRM data accuracy above 98 percent
- Workflow uptime 100 percent
- Lead response SLA under 2 hours
- On-time, error-free dashboards and reports
- High stakeholder satisfaction across Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships
Candidate Profile
Experience: 5 to 8 years in B2B SaaS Marketing Operations or CRM Management (SaaS company experience mandatory)
Must-Have Skills
- Hands-on expertise with HubSpot CRM (workflows, reporting, integrations)
- Experience with automation tools such as Clay, Attain, Zapier, or n8n
- Strong understanding of data hygiene, enrichment, and lead management workflows
- Analytical mindset with the ability to build GTM dashboards and performance reports
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience in Cybersecurity, GRC, or Compliance Automation SaaS
- Familiarity with Salesforce or Power BI for advanced analytics
Tools Exposure
HubSpot, Clay, Attain, Zapier, n8n, Google Sheets, Power BI (optional)
Education
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or Analytics
