We are now launching KOYO, an AI interviewer that helps companies scale technical hiring through automation. This is a zero-to-one product, and we’re building the go-to-market motion from scratch.
Role Overview :
We are hiring a GTM specialist to drive early revenue and help establish a repeatable sales engine.
This role involves pipeline generation, customer conversations, demos, and closing. You will work closely with the founder and play a key role in shaping how KOYO is positioned and sold.
Key Responsibilities :
- generate pipeline through outbound efforts
- conduct demos and close deals
- own early-stage revenue targets
- validate ICP and buyer needs
- refine positioning and messaging
- experiment with pricing
- build a repeatable sales process
- maintain funnel tracking and reporting
Requirements :
- 2–5 years of B2B SaaS or startup sales experience
- strong outbound and closing skills
- high ownership mindset
- ability to operate in ambiguity
- strong communication skills
- interest in AI and SaaS products
