About the Role:We’re hiring an Entry-Level Business Operations Coordinator to help organize, streamline, and support our internal operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who takes initiative, enjoys solving problems, and wants to make a real impact within a growing company.
You’ll assist with organizing projects, refining processes, supporting marketing efforts, and improving how information flows throughout the business. This is a hands-on role where your ideas and attention to detail will directly contribute to our success.
What You’ll Do:- Help develop and document internal processes and procedures (SOPs).
- Track and organize active appraisal projects and deadlines.
- Conduct research for business projects, reports, and proposals.
- Keep company records and project notes organized and up to date.
- Support leadership with administrative and operational tasks.
- Assist in monitoring marketing efforts and tracking new opportunities.

- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using standard business tools (spreadsheets, calendars, shared drives, etc.).
