We’re looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join a growing in-house legal team within a global organisation.
You’ll help streamline how the legal department works — driving process improvements, supporting technology adoption, and helping deliver smarter, faster legal services to the business.

💼 What You’ll Do
- Support the rollout and adoption of AI and automation tools across the legal team.
- Test and optimise legal technology solutions, gathering feedback from users.
- Manage incoming contract and legal requests through a CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) platform.
- Maintain and enhance legal templates, repositories, and intranet content.
- Help deliver department-wide improvement projects and process mapping.
- Prepare reports and presentations highlighting performance trends and insights.
- Deliver onboarding and system training for new joiners.
🧠What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years’ experience in a corporate or professional environment.
- Experience using or supporting AI tools (Microsoft Copilot or similar).
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Confident working with systems like Office 365, SharePoint, and Jira.
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Minimum 2:1 degree.
