About Us
Invincible Ocean is looking for a highly experienced Business Operations Manager who can drive revenue, build strong business pipelines, and lead end-to-end sales operations for our IT division.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead sales strategy, business development, and revenue growth
- Generate leads, manage client relationships, and close high-value deals
- Oversee complete sales operations, forecasting, and reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless execution
- Guide and mentor the sales team to achieve business targets
- Represent the organization in client meetings, presentations & negotiations
What We’re Looking For:
- 15-20 years of experience in Sales & Business Operations, preferably in the IT industry
- Strong network, proven revenue-generation track record
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Ability to build processes, manage teams, and drive business expansion
- Immediate or early joiners preferred
