Our client is an ASX Listed service based organisation and a leader within their niche segment. They are an organisation guided by purpose, using innovation to shape better outcomes. We are currently seeking an Interim Chief Financial Officer to partner with the CEO for a 6 month period.
As Chief Financial Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the CEO, Board and other executives adding proactive value through commercial insights. You will be responsible for leading the finance activities appropriate to an ASX Listed company with the addition of providing oversight of investor relations, ESG and procurement. You will also be responsible for leading a high performing team ensuring a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and commercial acumen is maintained.
We are seeking an experienced CFO with experience gained service based ASX Listed organisations. Experience in guiding investor relations would be highly advantageous. We are seeking an executive who is both a strategic leader and enjoys being across the detail.
