Now, we’re looking for a Group CFO to join our leadership team and help take us forward.
💼 The Role
As our Group CFO, you’ll be the financial leader across the Group, working closely with our Managing Director and Boards. You’ll ensure timely and accurate reporting, financial discipline, and strategic insights that drive decision-making and performance. From managing capital and risk to mentoring finance teams, you’ll play a hands-on role in shaping our success.
✨ What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a senior finance leader who thrives in a private company environment and brings:
- 10–15+ years’ senior finance experience (CFO or equivalent).
- Very strong financial management, governance, and capital management expertise.
- CA/CPA qualification.
- The ability to make complex numbers simple and actionable.
- A collaborative leadership style and strong commercial judgment.
- Integrity, professionalism, and alignment with our values of trust, discipline, and long-term growth.
