JobTalk.ai is hiring an experienced GTM Sales Manager to lead go-to-market execution and revenue growth across India. This role is for a commercially aggressive operator with proven SaaS sales experience who understands pipeline creation, outbound sales, demos, closing deals, and scaling recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities
- Own India GTM strategy and revenue execution for JobTalk.ai.
- Generate pipeline through outbound prospecting, partnerships, referrals, and inbound conversion.
- Sell SaaS subscriptions to staffing firms, recruiters, RPOs, HR teams, and enterprise employers.
- Run product demos, discovery calls, proposals, negotiations, and closings.
- Build relationships with founders, CEOs, CHROs, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and staffing owners.
- Create repeatable outbound motions using email, LinkedIn, calling, webinars, and events.
- Work closely with marketing and product teams to improve messaging and conversion.
- Maintain accurate CRM forecasting and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
- Help hire and scale future SDR / AE teams.
Required Experience
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales / GTM / business development experience.
- Proven track record closing SaaS deals in India market.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models, demos, sales cycles, and pipeline management.
- Experience selling HRTech, RecruitTech, ATS, CRM, AI tools, or workflow automation preferred.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter who can operate in startup ambiguity and move fast.
Preferred Background
- Existing relationships with staffing companies, recruiting firms, HR leaders, or TA leaders in India.
- Experience selling to SMB, mid-market, and enterprise clients.
- Familiarity with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or similar GTM stack.
- Startup or early-stage growth experience strongly preferred.

Compensation
