G88 FILMS is looking for a forward-thinking and detail-oriented Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy of our emerging film company. The CFO will oversee financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost tracking, grant and funding management, accounting oversight, reporting, and long-term financial strategy while advising the CEO on sustainability and growth opportunities. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with financial planning or accounting (experience in film or entertainment is a strong asset), and the ability to build financial systems from the ground up. The CFO will ensure compliance, support production budgets, assess investment and risk, and establish the financial structure necessary for scale. This position is currently unpaid and will transition to a paid role as the company expands, offering the opportunity to influence the financial direction of a studio focused on bold and meaningful storytelling.
