We’re looking for an experienced Business Operations Manager to support financial reviews, headcount planning, and operational insights for engineering leadership. This role suits someone who is comfortable working independently, analyzing financial data, and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. The contract runs through July 5, 2026, which is approximately 8 months.
In this position, you’ll manage financial review processes, assess staffing needs, track budgets, and surface risks or roadblocks that could impact organizational goals. You’ll deliver clear summaries of work, identify patterns, and help build predictable processes that support leadership decision-making. This role also includes using AI tools to increase efficiency across process-heavy tasks.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage financial reviews and surface issues or roadblocks
• Oversee headcount planning across sites
• Analyze open roles, budgets, and organizational risks
• Present updates and findings to senior leaders
• Deliver weekly or biweekly summaries of work
• Identify patterns and support creation of predictable processes
• Use AI tools to support process-heavy tasks
• Handle sensitive financial data with care
Requirements
• 8+ years of relevant experience
• Able to operate independently with minimal guidance
• Senior-level capability expected based on role responsibilities
• Experience analyzing budgets, headcount, and financial data
